HOW TO USE

Step 1:

Add 50g SECRET 11 to 1kg chicken.

Mix well and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Step 2:

Mix 200g WHITE MAGIC CRUNCH COAT with 2kg maida (flour).

Step 3:

Coat the marinated chicken properly in the flour mixture.

Step 4:

Dip coated chicken in chilled water and coat again in the flour mixture for extra crunch.

Step 5:

Deep fry on medium flame until golden crispy.

Recommended Frying Time:

• Wings — 5 minutes

• Chicken Popcorn — 4 minutes

• Strips — 5 minutes

Step 6:

Remove excess oil and sprinkle SPRINKLER MAGIC as per taste.
